Terms of service

This shop is run by Chill Brands, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Cozy Campfire Coffee.

By ordering you agree to these terms and to pay the price, tax, and shipping shown at checkout.

We may cancel an order if there’s a pricing error, a fulfillment problem, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we’ll refund you.

Coffee is sold as food. Nothing on this site is medical or health advice.

We use a roasting partner to fulfill orders. Once the carrier has the package, risk of loss moves to you, except we’ll still help if it was damaged or lost in transit as described in our shipping and refund policies.

You’re responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We aren’t responsible for packages sent to an address you entered wrong.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect. We don’t sell your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
