Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Checkout will show if your address is eligible.

Orders are roasted and packed after you buy — not pulled off a shelf in our garage. Plan on a few business days to roast and pack, then about 3–8 business days in the mail. Busy weeks and weather can add time. You’ll get tracking when it ships.

We don’t offer store pickup.

If tracking shows delivered and you don’t have it, wait a day, check with whoever shares your address, then email us with the order number. We’ll help with the carrier.

If the box arrives crushed or the bag is leaking, take a photo and email us. We’ll make it right.

International shipping is not offered unless checkout clearly shows it.

Shipping charges at checkout are estimated from the carrier. We don’t add hidden fees after you pay.
